TAC TOTE SWAT Ladder Run by Stud Officer.
During the assassination attempt in Butler, PA. police officers had a difficult time accessing the roof of the AGR Building. This video has nothing to do with the response to the event itself other than the exhausting and absolute stud run by a SWAT Officer that had retrieved a ladder from a distant armored vehicle and with full gear on got it to where it needed to be as quickly as he could.
