I Tested Out a New Workflow System [This Has Changed How I Use AI]
This approach made AI feel way more usable for me and it happened to be only one feature of the system I tested.
If you’re constantly bouncing between AI tabs, copying prompts, pasting responses, creating content, emails, text, report and losing your place… this is for you.
That’s what my workflow looked like.
Multiple models open. Same prompt. Different tabs. Back and forth.
And somewhere in the middle of all that… I’d lose the thread.
Not because the tools were bad.
Because the way I was using them didn’t scale.
So I tested a new workflow system.
Not to get “better answers”… but to fix the friction.
What I didn’t expect was how much of the problem wasn’t AI at all.
It was the constant switching, the overlap, the lack of flow.
This setup changed that.
