This approach made AI feel way more usable for me and it happened to be only one feature of the system I tested.
If you’re constantly bouncing between AI tabs, copying prompts, pasting responses, creating content, emails, text, report and losing your place… this is for you.
That’s what my workflow looked like.
Multiple models open. Same prompt. Different tabs. Back and forth.
And somewhere in the middle of all that… I’d lose the thread.
Not because the tools were bad.
Because the way I was using them didn’t scale.
So I tested a new workflow system.
Not to get “better answers”… but to fix the friction.
What I didn’t expect was how much of the problem wasn’t AI at all.
It was the constant switching, the overlap, the lack of flow.
This setup changed that.

This isn’t about replacing tools.
It’s about removing the friction between them.
0:00 - Intro
1:07 - Access the unified AI workspace and review available tools
2:49 - Select a model and compare responses across different LLMs
4:40 - Re-run a prompt with a different model to compare output quality
5:35 - Use the research agent to generate a detailed report
6:48 - Review the research workflow and source trail
7:25 - Export the report for presentation or publishing
8:25 - Convert exported HTML into a usable presentation page
9:40 - Edit the HTML presentation by requesting revisions in chat
10:16 - Generate images using GPT image or Gemini image models
11:06 - Switch image models to compare output and watermark behavior
12:20 - Create a landing page mockup from an image prompt
13:28 - Use an image as a reference to generate an HTML landing page
14:32 - Save the generated landing page as an HTML file
16:32 - Request revisions to improve the landing page design
18:02 - Create and configure custom agents for repeatable tasks
19:53 - Use team agents and route tasks to the best model automatically
21:39 - Evaluate the platform for consolidation, pricing, and privacy needs
📌 Drop a comment: how many AI tabs do you usually have open when you’re working? Be honest.
