This video shows how to find an Architect Artifact, the Obelisk in the Kelp Caves, in Subnautica Below Zero. Scanning multiple Artifacts will unlock useful Architect tech, like the Quantum Locker, Recyclotron, Ion Batteries and Ion Power Cells.
