Yes, this is an official VHS, not some weird fan project. Basically it's just a VHS version of the DVD, albeit it just plays everything in order rather than having the option of what to play. In fact right at the end there's a brief few frames from one of the DVD menus, making it pretty clear it was recorded straight from the DVD version. Such a high quality product!
The tape starts at around 00:17 and the actual show starts at around 00:48
