Fl Studio 12.4 3rd party plug-in(s) LOADING FIX
Copy the .dll file from your (outlaw) folder to the default FL directory vst folder, re-scan the plug-ins and boom.
I faced the same issue with hypersonic 1 and this fix dont work.. anyone with a fix to that comment below.
