Blood Art: The Process Behind the Portrait
Hello, this is a painting created using real blood, which I made for a client. The client provided the blood after having it drawn at a lab; I used 5 ml of blood to create this piece on paper. The painting measures 12 by 16 inches (A3 size), and it took me one day to complete. Creating this type of blood art requires great care—such as wearing gloves and a mask, and maintaining strict hygiene standards—so I take significant precautions during the process. My art studio is located in Sarojini Nagar, Delhi.
