Every hot spot you create marks a correct area. You have 2 main variations to choose from with a toggle in the question creator (SINGLE vs MULTIPLE):
A) Students can only set a SINGLE point. If you create only ONE hot spot, students need to find that one ("SPECIFIC"). If you create MULTIPLE hot spots, students need to find ONE out of ALL ("ANY").
B) Students can set MULTIPLE points. In this case, they need to identify EVERY hot spot you create to get the question right ("ALL").
