Culturing Yeast from a Bottle Conditioned Beer
This video shows one method of culturing or propogating yeast from a donor bottle of bottle conditioned beer without the use of lab flasks or no rinse sanitisers but without compromising sanitation.
Once complete the propogated yeast will require stepping up to a 1l starter before pitching into 23l or 6usg of moderate gravity beer.
