HOW-TO: Make your Start Screen Background the same as your Desktop Background on Windows 8.1
This is a quick video highlighting one of the many new and awesome new features of Windows 8.1. This feature allows us to easily change our Modern UI or Windows 8 Start Screen background to become the same as our Desktop screen background. I find that having this feature enabled makes the transition between my Desktop experience and Metro UI experience much more streamlined, and easy to follow. :)
