I found that the Super Salvador/Mad Chainsaw from the original Resident Evil 4 game was more challenging to defeat compared to the Remake version. He seemed more aggressive and buffed in the Original, and the controls in the original game wasn't as easy. Also, in the Original game you can't use the neckbreaker attack on him, which makes it harder.
While recording this video, I died multiple times in the original RE4, but I didn't die once in the remake.
What I found most striking was the unpredictability of Super Salvador/Mad Chainsaw in the original game. In RE4 remake, I was able to take him out easily with grenades, flash grenades, Mayhem Mode, or even melee attacks like neckbreaker. However, in the original game, I was limited to using my guns and grenades, and had to be extremely precise with my headshots to stun him and keep him at bay, making the encounters more stressful.
