How to boost your powder coating process?
Our Finnish partner @core automation oy just installed another infrared IRT Booster and reports back how this now affects their clients paint line:
Increased line speed
The line can be used to paint thicker goods
The convection oven gets less dirty
The temperature of the convection oven can be lowered
The goods is now, for example, 120°C-180°C when entering the convection oven
The IRT Booster saves energy. It is only active when goods are entering the infrared oven. Zones are activated based on goods size. No preheating, power 0% →100% in less than a second. The powder melts before entering the convection oven, in this case contamination decreases.
