The famous delicious German Cheesecake ZUPFKUCHEN! Fast and inexpensive! Melts in your mouth! An unforgettable delicious cheesecake with a very delicate texture.

INGREDIENTS for the dough (shape 34x24 cm or round shape 28-30 cm):
250 g softened butter
1 pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
200 g sugar
3 eggs (size M)
600 g flour
35 g cocoa
15 g of baking powder

INGREDIENTS for the filling:
250 g softened butter
250 sugar
4 Eggs (size M)
1 kg of cottage cheese (room temperature) 5-9% fat content or 1 kg cream cheese or 1 kg ricotta
100 ml of milk
2 packages of vanilla pudding powder (37 g each)
or 80 g corn starch + vanilla flavor

bake in a preheated oven for about 45 minutes at 160 °C (320°F) WITH CONVECTION at an average level
OR bake in a preheated oven for about 60 minutes at 175°C (350°F) WITHOUT convection in the upper-lower mode.
