Corner-to-corner crochet. Heart // toyfabric tutorial
I suggest you crochet a square motif in an interesting way – from corner to corner.
These motifs are crocheted diagonally from the bottom right corner to the top left. Each row consists of small squares – groups of 3 double crochet stitches.
This video features a fairly simple motif with a heart in the center.
The motif itself can be used as a potholder or a hot pad. And, of course, you can crochet many of these motifs and assemble them into a beautiful blanket or pillowcase.
