iPadOS 15 Translate App - Auto Translate with Multiple Languages!
Coming in iPadOS 15 and announced at WWDC is a new Translate app for iPad. One of its features is a Conversation tab, which allows two people to speak in their native language while the iPad listens and translates automatically.
