HTML Web Design Tutorials - Hyper Text Markup Language. This HTML Web Design Tutorial will show you how to add a text area to the web form that we created in the previous tutorial. There are two main html attributes to set for an text are the first being the "rows" attribute and the second being the "cols" HTML attribute. Together those HTML attributes control the number of rows and columns that will appear by default for your text area. However the end user or person on your website can adjust text area to make it easier for them to enter there comments.
