iDENTIFY Roadmap: Discovery, Design, Implementation, and Support
Learn about the four phases of the iDENTIFY project roadmap:
Discovery Phase: The process begins with the discovery phase, where the focus is on becoming familiar with the data system and data sources to identify the main objective of the project.
Design Phase: After sign-off on the discovery phase, the process moves into the design phase. A solution architect builds out what was discussed in discovery, taking into account the data sources and core infrastructure.345
Implementation Phase: The third phase is implementation, where everything worked out in the design phase is built. During this time, the data warehouse is actually built out. Implementation can be a lengthy process with few immediate deliverables because so much is being built.
Support Phase: After implementation, the process moves into the support phase. This phase ensures that what was built is solid, meets the client's needs, and provides the ability to answer questions and see the project through. The completed data warehouse allows for reporting and analytics.
