To give the Raibaru's strength to a student, open up the student JSON file and change the persona to 15 and strength to 9 and save it. Fun girl will appear if you directly play the game after this. Next download and open dnSpy. Then open the file "Assembly-CSharp" in the "Managed" folder using dnSpy. Delete "FunScript". Next delete lines 33 to 47 in the "Welcome Script" and save it. You are done! If you don't understand what I just typed here, then check out some of the videos on youtube. I came across several great tutorials. One of them is WulfyRoxas' video. He also has explained how to get rid of fun girl. It's a little old but it can give you an idea.
