Sonic 3D Blast (Sega Genesis) - Gameplay on PXP3 Slim Station (Firecore)
Sonic 3D Blast, probably my least favorite Genesis Sonic game to be honest. Sure, like all of the other Genesis Sonic games, this version of 3D Blast has a pretty good soundtrack even if the Saturn version is superior, but gameplay-wise I would still rather play Sonic Spinball or even Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine over this. I was never a fan of how this game controlled to be honest, especially getting rings properly, and getting flickies is especially a pain in the butt with the controls. The PXP3 Slim Station somehow made the controls worse for this game in particular, due to how the D-Pad was designed, it just doesn't work well compared to all of the other games on this bootleg handheld. And as usual, the PAL mode does have issues on Firecore hardware, such as the opening playing too fast before the music ends, as well as some other issues I may have missed. I got as far as Diamond Dust and just gave up from there, since I wasn't planning on doing a Full Longplay of this game.
