Range scrap is great source for the basic lead for bullet casters. However, we do need to add tin and antimony to make for proper hardness and castability. Ebay has been mentioned for a source. But the Rotometals company is a commercial source that handles needs for bullet metals from some big bullet making outlets. We individual casters can give them a try.
