2 Minute Tech Tuesday: Google Calendar Update
Many of you utilize Google Calendars Appointment Scheduler to manage Parent Teacher Conferences or student extra credit assistance. Previously, the appointment scheduler had to be created on your primary calendar, this was not always beneficial for team appointment creation as cohosts could only see appointments once they had been scheduled and had no control over those appointments.
In order to make team appointments easier, Google Calendar now allows you to add an appointment scheduler to a secondary calendar! This video walks you through how to create a team calendar in order to add the appointment scheduler there.
