Handfighting can be tricky to teach & study because it is fairly open-ended with a lot of variables & there oftentimes isn't clear feedback on whether a particular tie-up, movement or action was successful or not (as opposed to say, shooting a double leg).

I like Adam's collar tie switch to arm chop loop because it is a specific sequence that you can deliberately drill and plug into your existing handfighting framework.

If you want to handfight like Adam you can play around with adding to your repertoire: (1) collar tie pulls (either hand + quickly switching between hands), (2) arm chops (3) foot sweeps, (4) underhook digs, (5) fakes/level changes, (6) collar tie shucks, (7) mixing pushes/pulls

This isn't an exhaustive list. Adam was also effective with the 2-on-1 for instance. Knowing when to use which handfighting move & in which order is the tricky part and is undoubtedly something learned intuitively after many hours of practicing & absorbing feedback unconsciously.
