I wasnt able to find a face mod for Luka :(
Just install using NMM or manually (I am not sure if this goes over any other hair) and use the showracemenu command to change the hair

You can add it the same way via Nexus mod manager or just manually.
Make sure your data files option is not greyed out in the skyrim launcher. if it is you need to add:
[Launcher]
bEnableFileSelection=1
at the TOP of the SkyrimPref.ini that is in your "My Games" folder (C:\...\My Games\Skyrim)
