Working with feature linked annotations in OpenPoint Map
This demonstrates how to add a feature linked annotation to an existing feature. This uses ArcGIS Pro's built-in annotation capability combined with some functionality provided by OpenPoint to allow working with both dynamic labels and feature linked annotations.
