Upgrading a computer to Windows 11 that does not meet the minimum requirements, set by Microsoft.
So far it would seem that in order to install Windows 11 you must have a system that has TPM of some version. If you have that, you should be good to go.
This guide uses a bootable USB drive and can be used on fully compatible computer as well to get a fresh install.
