Step 1:
Create the Master and Work Repository schemas with the utility tool RCU.
a.Open command prompt-- set JAVA_HOME=C:\Progr~1\Java\jdk1.7.0_51-- enter
b.cd c:\OdiHome\oracle_common\bin---- type rcu

Step 2:
Creating a new domain with its node manager and Standalone Agent Installation Configuration:
a.open command prompt-- cd c:\Oracle_Home\odi\oracle_common\common\bin------ Enter
b.type cmd----- config.cmd

Step 3:
Creating a Standalone Agent in the Master Repository Using ODI Studio:
a.open ODI.exe
b.Create a New ODI Repository Login.
note: give master repository name correctly i.e, while create using rcu
Step 4:
Creating the Standalone Agent:
a.After connecting to ODI Repository --- go to Topology Tab.
b.go to - physical Architecture -- Agents -- New Agent.
c.provide the information correctly.
c.Before sucessfully running the agent you must first start the agent
d.open command promt:cd c:\Oracle_Home\odi\user_projects\domains\my_domain\bin---- Enter
e.Type cmd----- agent -NAME=OracleAgent1 -Port=20910 -- Enter
f.finally test the Agent in ODI studio.
