WebGoat, is an open-source webapplication security training tool, and FixItGearWare is thrilled to integrate it into our web application security training program! in the incoming year. This hands-on learning platform simulates real-world vulnerabilities comprising of OWASP Top10, and guiding ethical hackers and security researchers, through the process of identifying, exploiting, and remediating security flaws in a controlled, safe environment.
What makes WebGoat powerful? Is of a fact, that it isn’t just about finding vulnerabilities—it’s about understanding the existence of each of these vulnerabilities, and with more complex ways of solving them.
As we are committed and believe that knowledge is the first line of defense at FixItGearWare SECURITY, we are moving on to a next stage, by incorporating WebGoat into our trainings, and by so doing empower new ethical hackers, on the fundamental knowledge of insecure applications from the ground up.
