Loose and free landscapes don't just 'happen'. If you've tried to paint expressive and intuitive landscapes, you know what I mean.
I wanted to paint free and loose mixed media collage landscapes for years, but I just didn’t know how to do it. I thought I should just know how, and that not being able to produce them was due to a lack of talent. I couldn’t have been more wrong, because intuitive and free painting happens in an environment—without it, it’s just not likely or even possible. Over the years I picked up tactics and exercises and created a process by which I could learn how to paint intuitively. I wanted to share a bit of that with you today.
If you’d like to learn in depth about this process of intuitive landscape painting, come join me in my class: https://marabethquinart.thinkific.com...
