The Autocad interface is filled with buttons, icons, and commands in every single direction.
Knowing the Autocad interface by heart is not necessary and rather better know the general areas
Breaking down the interface starting from the top to the bottom:
1. Top: Menu Bar
2. Top center: Tool Bar
3. Left side: Toolsets
4. Right side: Palettes tab
5. Center: Drawing area / Model Space.
6. Bottom center: Command Line
7. Bottom left: Layout Tabs
8. Bottom right: Status Bar (Drafting Settings).
