Fallout 3 Unique Weapons - Broken Steel - Rapid-Torch Flamer
New weapon from Broken Steel DLC:
Rapid-Torch Flamer
Flamers in superiority order with Pyromaniac perk (highest base damage):
1. Slo-Burn Flamer (262.5)
2. Rapid-Torch Flamer (160)
3. Burnmaster (160)
Although the Burnmaster and the Rapid-Torch Flamer has the same highest base damage, the Rapid-Torch Flamer has the critical multiplier of 4 when the Burnmaster has only 0,5.
Tho the Rapid-Torch Flamer benefits from the Pyromaniac perk (the Burnmaster does not), so if you dont have this perk, the Rapid-Torch Flamer is the weakest of them.
Because the Burnmaster does not benefit from the Pyromaniac perk, the normal Flamer is as effective as the Burnmaster if you have the perk.
