Please first install jdk 8 or jdk 11 and then download oracle sql developer
-Move the SQLDeveloper into Applications and run the below commands to open it
cd /Applications/SQLDeveloper.app/Contents/resources/sqldeveloper
zsh sqldeveloper.sh
