How to Use DVTK Modality Emulator with DCM4CHEE Modality Worklist
In the video I show you how you can use the DVTK Modality Emulator to read content from a Modality worklist and how to send DICOM images to a VNA or PACS. I also show you how you can use the DCM4CHEE Modality worklist (MWL) and how to populate an entry into it with an order message sent via the hapitestpanel tool.

If DICOM ECHO fails with the DVTK Modality Emulator my video and blog post also address that issue:
After installing and configuring the Modality Emulator you will notice that DICOM Echo doesn’t work and the log shows the following error:
No Command Field (0000,0100) attribute value present in DICOM command
No Data Set Type (0000,0800) attribute value present in DICOM command
This error is related to the DVTK DICOM definition files missing.
