MariaDB Shell is a unified command-line interface that provides all the critical tools you need to troubleshoot and administer your MariaDB products. It is flag compatible, has a friendly interface and serves as a 100% replacement for mariadb-admin. Many of the commands should be familiar to mariadb-admin users. New features include the ability to warm in-memory storage engine caches, collect environment and performance data and create a report to track database trends. Watch this session for a demonstration of key MariaDB Shell features in comparison with commands you would have used in mariadb-admin.
