Two weeks ago, Deviator, one of the largest Hollow Knight clones, entered Early Access. Like many other Metroidvanias, Deviator was "inspired" by Hollow Knight, but it went too far in its plagiarism. In this video, I'll compare Hollow Knight and this clone to determine why Hollow Knight is legendary and Deviator is a dud.
