Aion 2 Release Is The Worst MMORPG Launch I've Ever Seen
NCSOFT surprised us all with Aion 2's launch. Not because it's good. Not because it's bad. Because they managed to make the game so incredibly p2w that even the Korean fanbase are rioting. The P2W we all expected was so bad this time, that it has caused a stock crash of almost 20%. The p2w is so bad, that they've had to have an emergency live stream to apologize. These developers lied on camera for months, and went back on every single thing they said on launch day, just hoping that no one would notice or care. It's actually one of the most insane situations I've ever seen.
