Video Game Oddities #1: Smart Ball's Mystery Boy(SNES)
In the North American version of Smart Ball(Jerry Boy) the towns were removed but this boy was left in the game.
Without having any knowledge of the Japanese version this NPC would seem pretty odd; that's why I included it in this series.
