Rebels captured for the first time are exiled to the "Surveillance Zone" temporarily but can be freed early by their friends.
Getting captured twice results in permanent deletion from the game.
Each round features six Signaling Devices, hindering Rebels' attempts to hide. Rebels must repair four devices to win.
Hunters aim to prevent device repairs or eliminate Rebels.
Repairing devices triggers a High-Speed Signaling state, exposing the repairer's location to all players.
