Do you want to customize the layout and design of your WooCommerce emails? WooCommerce emails help customers get information about their order status, delivery time, and more. Tailoring these emails can drive more conversions and help build your brand. In this article, we'll show you how to customize WooCommerce emails and even create WooCommerce email automations to increase your sales. Why Customize Your WooCommerce Emails? #tutorial #wordpress #woocommerce
When you run a WooCommerce store, your customers receive various transactional emails. These emails help them receive order confirmations, track order status, receive invoices, learn how to return items, and find more information about your online store.
By default, the design and layout of emails sent from WooCommerce are simple and generic. Most business owners don't customize them and use the default templates like this: Customizing your WooCommerce emails opens up a lot of possibilities.
When your email matches your brand, it helps build trust with your customers, increase brand awareness, and keep them coming back to your store.
You can even add discount coupons, showcase popular products or announce upcoming sales to your WooCommerce emails. So you can get more sales by encouraging people to buy more products.
Let's see how to customize your WooCommerce emails. We'll cover two approaches: the default WooCommerce email setup and a powerful WooCommerce email automation plugin with drag-and-drop email customization and a workflow builder. To edit the text and base colors of WooCommerce emails, you can use the default global settings in WooCommerce.
Just go to WooCommerce settings in your WordPress admin panel and click on the "Email" tab. Here you can view all the emails WooCommerce sends to your customers, including emails for new orders, cancelled orders, failed orders, refunded orders, password resets, new accounts, and more.
Next, you can scroll down to the "Email Sender Options" and "Email Templates" sections. In these sections, you have the option to edit the sender name and email address.
Additionally, you can customize your WooCommerce emails to match your brand by adding header images, footer text and custom base, background, and text colors. Don't forget to save your changes when you're done. Note that these changes are global and affect all your WooCommerce emails.
You can even preview your changes by clicking the "Click here to preview your email template" link. WooCommerce also allows you to customize each email.
On the Emails tab in WooCommerce settings, you can click any email or click the Manage button to view settings for a specific email.
