My settings in DYING LIGHT 2 (Best optimized)
It's not a tutorial, rather than showcase of my graphic settings. I use rtx 2070
and the game runs smoothly. You can disable RTX entirely to get smooth 60-75 fps but I prefer graphic fidelity. With these settings you will get roughly 60 fps in every situation. Some drops might appear but you'll be fine don't cry over these 5 fps bro. Aanyway have a nice day celebrating 2nd anniversary!
