In my previous video I have already shown how to compare 2 tables in Power Query in Excel & Power BI using Merge functionality. This is a simple way for someone who is just starting to use Power Query:

However, this method is might time consuming as you need to map all the joining keys and if you have many columns this will take time to map all of them to a table you want to compare.
For a more advanced users who is comfortable to write Power Query scripts I suggest to use function Table.RemoveMatchingRows.
By the way, this tip was suggested by @rainarzufall in the comments section under my previous video. Thanks for this tip. However, I think it requires explanation on how to use it.
