🚀 HOW TO DEPLOY HERMES AGENT ON HOSTINGER VPS
Hostinger built a one-click template for Hermes Agent. The setup takes under 60
seconds. No coding required, no Docker commands, no Linux knowledge needed.
What you need:
Hostinger VPS (KVM 2 plan recommended at ₹799/month — handles all demos in
this video)
A free Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, or Discord account
An LLM API key (Anthropic, OpenAI, or OpenRouter — I use Claude in this video)
Setup steps:
1. Sign up on Hostinger and pick KVM 2 plan
2. Go to VPS → Manage → One-Click Deploy
3. Search "Hermes Agent" → click Select → click Deploy
4. Wait 60 seconds for the project status to change from "Created" to "Running"
5. Copy your username and password
6. Connect Hermes to Telegram (or your chosen platform) using BotFather
7. Send your first message — the agent is live
🔍 HERMES AGENT VS OTHER AI TOOLS
ChatGPT vs Hermes Agent: ChatGPT runs in a browser, has no memory between sessions
unless you pay for Plus, can't run on your server, and can't be triggered on a
schedule. Hermes runs 24/7 on your VPS, has persistent memory, and supports cron
scheduling.
Claude vs Hermes Agent: Claude is closed-source and only accessible through
Anthropic's apps. Hermes is open-source, self-hosted, and can use Claude as one of
