The Top 10 Most underrated games of the 21st century that should have spawned sequels.
The list is based on votes, scores and reviews I've collected (not my personal opinion).
The criteria of this list is very specific, to avoid any confusions or misconceptions I will present you with some requirements and notes that I've based my picks and ranks upon:
This list aims to celebrate and show appreciation for many great games that have been swept under the rug because they didn't receive as much attention as the big block buster games that were released at their time.
The list will be focusing on Games that could have spawned a sequel (or had their intended sequels continued) if they gained the right amount of attention, but were sadly brought to a stop due to their decline in sales or any other reason.
The list will not include unsuccessful installments of already successful game franchises.
The list will not include games that were targeted towards a very specific audience.
The list aims to recommend a set of games that are worth buying even in our current generation.
A game is required to be well presented and made when it comes to the major aspects of a good game such as Story, Visuals, Gameplay, Diversity, Music, Voice Acting and Replay Value. Games that had some nice original ideas or a good atmosphere but lack in many other aspects will not be included.
The list will try to avoid rip off games, but will include games that recycled multiple mechanics into a nice mixture as long as the element of originality is still present and noticeable.
***** Personal Pick: "The Vanishing of Ethan Carter" ----- http://www.ign.com/games/vanishing-of... ******
