Windows 8.1 Embedded - лучшая ОС для слабых и старых ПК. На новом железе отсуствует много драйверов. С новыми процессорами, после последних обновлений Win 8.1 майкрософт сломает вам центр обновлений Windows, чтобы вы перешли на Windows 10 :-)
