Project Controls based on EVM for managing multiple projects
This short video discusses the required knowledge to successfully apply project controls based on EVM for managing multiple projects. Integrated schedules, i.e., budgets, and cost (control) on any project. The methodology is accredited by SACPCMP & PMSA. Integration of the scope, schedule & budgets forms the basis of good project control, and the methodology aims to improve the performance of schedule and cost control software as well as to improve project outcomes. The methodology does not mandate any specific software or hardware. On small projects or work assignments, the said methodology can be applied by using basic MS Office software
