Smoothie "Recipe"
This isn't exactly a recipe. You can change the amount of each ingredient and add other ingredients that you like! This is what we did for the video.

Place ingredients in the blender in this order:
3/4 c. water
1/4 orange
1/4 apple
1/8 lemon
2 inch piece of medium cucumber
1/4 inch slice of small beet
1/3 piece of large celery stalk
1/3 piece of large carrot
1 thumb-size piece of ginger
1/2 c. lightly packed spinach
1/2 large frozen banana
6-8 pieces of frozen pineapple
1 T. chia seeds

Add all ingredients to your blender, except chia seeds. If using the Vitamix, blend for approximately 25-30 seconds and add your chia seeds. Blender for another 10-20 seconds or until smooth.
If using your Instant Pot Ace, add the chia seeds approximately 30-40 seconds before the end of blending.
Serve and enjoy!
Makes one smoothie.
