Playing drums over handpan kinda sounds like Tool
Stuck at home thanks to COVID-19 so decided to give myself a little project using the handpan I bought a few months ago. Recorded an improv session on the handpan, tightened it up, gave it a bit of structure and played drums over it. The combination of handpan and edrums works better than I expected. Kind of reminds me of prog metal, despite there being no guitar.
Recorded using my Galaxy S9 phone and a Roland TD-11 with EZDrummer 2.
