Troy confirms deliveries are lower than expected because China is expecting a price reduction Oct 1 so many are pushing off deliveries until then. Sounds like we could get an offset Q4 unless they exported more than expected for the second half of the month. They started exporting on 9/21 vs 9/26 like they usually do and with more places in the Asia Pacific region now selling Teslas they have plenty of places for them to go relatively locally as compared to Europe
