That means her SPELLS are ALWAYS UP. It like URF mode. XAYAH IS BACK! Definitely try it!, before she gets nerfed :). THIS YEAR IS SEASON 13. I have been playing league for 10 years now which is insane. We WIll be CHALLENGER XAYAH and claim the best XAYAH TITLE NA for ourselves. We are currently rank reset into plat 2 so we will be starting there. FIRST DIAMOND, THEN MASTER, THE GRANDMASTER THEN CHALLENGER, JOIN THE EPIC QUEST.
