How action sequence are animated in Spiderman into the verse (on 2's)
Hi guys
Since everyone is talking about the style of Spiderman into the verse and his amazing visuals, I decided to do a tutorial about it.
As you know, most of the animation on Spiderman is done on 2's. which means holding a pose for 2 frames, to have more the 2d feeling.
Now, this technique is very simple when the camera is static, just put your keys in step mode and is done.
But when you have a camera and character moving together is a different thing, if you try that yourself you know what I am talking about.
So here I decided to show you a little trick that you can use to achieve that, I am not sure what Sony did in spiderman since I didn't work on the movie, but every animator can use this trick on Maya.
