T&M Vertrieb - Real sheet metal workers - boeck visits customers
You can also find them in the far north - real sheet metal workers. We are visiting T&M Vertrieb OHG. The experts for sample storage systems show us their production and their exciting products. These are particularly popular in the pharmaceutical and medical sectors.
Shelf and drawer systems made of very fine stainless steel sheet offer optimum storage options, even in deep-freeze storage systems with temperatures as low as -150 degrees Celsius.
The first personal contact between T&M and boeck GmbH came about at a trade fair for sheet metal processing. The chemistry was right and the way was paved for a good co-operation.
T&M Vertrieb uses a Lissmac SBM-M 1500 to deburr its thin stainless steel sheets. Together with Marc, a solution was quickly found for the most effective way to achieve the desired sanding result on the 0.5 to 0.8 mm thick sheets. The QUICK deburring blocks in the BLUE edition not only provide excellent deburring but also the desired surface finish for T&M.
The advice provided by boeck was not limited to the deburring tools themself. The machine parameters and the deburring machine itself also benefited from boeck's expertise. A frequency converter was installed so that throughput speeds can be controlled and regulated.
