MASSIVE Frost Dk NERFS in the Shadowlands Pre-Patch!?
Blizzard has MASSIVELY NERFED FROST DK! The Prepatch is coming out in 4 days and Frost Death Knight isn't looking good. Frost is in major jeopardy in both PvE and PvP because of these changes so please go to the Forums and tell them what you want to see and why.
